Engelmannia peristenia (Rafinesque) Goodman & C. A. Lawson. Common name: Engelmann Daisy. Phenology: Apr-Jun (-Jul). Habitat: Prairies, disturbed areas. Distribution: SD south to sw. AR, s. TX, NM, e. AZ, and n. Mexico (CHH, COA, NLE, TAM). One collection from e. LA (waif, L. Urbatsch 8422).

Origin/Endemic status: Native
