Epipactis gigantea Douglas ex Hooker. Common name: Giant Helleborine. Phenology: Mar-Aug. Habitat: Wooded streambanks, limestone seepages and springs. Distribution: SD, MT and BC south to e. TX, NM, AZ, CA, and Mexico.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy : = ETx1, FNA26, K3, K4, NcTx, Tx, Correll (1950); = Serapias gigantea (Douglas ex Hook.) A.A.Eaton – S13
