Sideroxylon salicifolium (Linnaeus) Lamarck. Common name: White Bully, Bustic, Willow-bustic, Cassada. Phenology: Jan-Dec. Habitat: Maritime hammocks, marl prairies, mesic hammocks, pine rocklands, rockland hammocks. Distribution: S. FL (Martin and Hendry counties southwards); West Indies; Mexico and Central America (Belize, Guatemala).
