Alisma triviale Pursh. Common name: Northern Water-plantain. Phenology: Late May-Sep. Habitat: Marshes and swamps. Distribution: NL (Newfoundland) west to AK, south to s. NJ, s. PA, OH, IN, AR, OK, NM, AZ, CA, and n. Mexico (and according to Fernald to MD and WV). Discovered in KY Mountains by V. Voelker (pers.comm.).
