Coccothrinax argentata (Jacquin) L.H. Bailey ssp. garberi (Chapman) Zona, Francisco-Ortega, & Jestrow. Common name: Mainland Silver Palm. Habitat: Rockland hammocks (especially edges), pine rocklands, maritime hammocks and coastal strands. Distribution: S. FL mainland (Broward and Miami-Dade counties).
