Chrysopsis godfreyi J.C. Semple. Common name: Godfrey's Goldenaster. Phenology: Nov-Dec. Habitat: Coastal sand dunes. Distribution: FL Panhandle and s. AL.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Taxonomy Comments: Plants with densely stipitate-glandular, non-woolly upper stem leaves have been treated as forma viridis (Semple 1981). 2n chromosome number=10.
