Warea carteri Small. Common name: Carter’s Warea, Carter’s Pineland-cress. Phenology: Late Sep-Jan. Habitat: Longleaf pine sandhills, pine rocklands, and Florida scrub. Distribution: Endemic to the FL peninsula, north to Lake county, FL.
Origin/Endemic status: Endemic
Other Comments: Now extant only on the Lake Wales Ridge (Historically also collected from Brevard and Miami-Dade counties).
