not marked as a favorite taxon Callisia cordifolia (Swartz) E.S. Anderson & Woodson. Common name: Florida Roseling. Phenology: Mar-Oct. Habitat: Calcareous hammocks, disturbed areas. Distribution: Native from n. peninsular Florida to s. Florida; Mexico, the West Indies, and n. South America; reported as well for nw. Georgia (Faden in FNA 2000), where presumably a waif.
