*Tradescantia mundula Kunth. Common name: Wandering Jew, Small-leaf Spiderwort, Small-leaf Wandering Jew. Habitat: Disturbed areas; probably at least casually escaping in the Southeast. Distribution: Native of South America.
Origin/Endemic status: South America
Taxonomy Comments: Often included in T. fluminensis; southeastern US records of T. fluminensis need to be evaluated to see which are actually of T. mundula (Pellegrini 2018). A member of subgenus Austrotradescantia (Pellegrini 2017).
