Isoetes tegetiformans Rury. Common name: Merlin's-grass. Habitat: In shallow pools on granite flatrocks. Distribution: Endemic to a few granite flatrocks in ec. GA (notably Heggies Rock), near the SC line.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Taxonomy Comments: A diploid species (2n=22), genotype=TT.

Synonymy : = FNA2, K4, NS, POWO, Musselman (2001). Basionym: Isoetes tegetiformans Rury 1978
