Isoetes texana Singhurst, Rushing, & W.C. Holmes. Common name: Texas Quillwort, Tejas Quillwort. Phenology: Jun-Oct. Habitat: Alkaline ponds in wet prairie interdune swales. Distribution: Endemic to Coastal Plain of TX (Aransas and Calhoun counties).
