*Ajuga genevensis Linnaeus. Common name: Standing Bugle. Phenology: Apr-Jun. Habitat: Disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of Europe. Cultivated and rarely escaped in ne. North America, reported as naturalized as far south as PA (Rhoads & Klein 1993), MD (Kartesz 1999), and WV (Harmon, Ford-Werntz, & Grafton 2006), where considered "not confirmed as naturalized."
