Myrcia zuzygium (Linnaeus) A.R. Lourenço & E. Lucas. Common name: Myrtle-of-the-river. Phenology: Apr-Aug. Habitat: Rockland hammocks. Distribution: S. FL; West Indies (Bahamas, Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica, Puerto Rico).

Origin/Endemic status: Native
