Polygonella

not marked as a favorite taxon Polygonella parksii Cory. Common name: Carrizo Jointweed. Phenology: Jul-Oct. Habitat: Openings in post oak savannas and woodlands in deep, loose, white sands (especially the Carrizo Formation). Distribution: Endemic to e. Texas (Atascosa, Bexar, Burleson, Guadalupe, Leon, Milam, Robertson and Wilson counties).
