Carex amphibola Steudel. Section: [26ee] Section 22 Griseae. Common name: Eastern Narrowleaf Sedge. Phenology: Apr-Jun. Habitat: Moist loamy forests, bottomlands, slopes, uplands. Distribution: MA, s. ON, MI, IL, MO, and OK, south to GA, AL, MS, LA, and TX.
