Distribution: Newfoundland and Labrador (Newfoundland), Newfoundland and Labrador (Labrador) and Alaska south to New Jersey, nw. Virginia (Big Meadows, Virginia; Idaho uncertain; Weakley, Ludwig, & Townsend 2012), Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Nebraska, Colorado, and Oregon.
