Carex emoryi Dewey. Section: [26r] Section 13 Phacocystis. Common name: Emory’s Sedge. Phenology: Mar-Jun. Habitat: Calcareous fens, spring marshes, wet meadows, seepages, ditches, rocky river scours, other wetlands. Distribution: NY and ND south to w. VA, s. IL, AR, TX, COA, and NLE.
