Arnoglossum ovatum (Walter) H. Robinson var. lanceolatum (Nuttall) D.B. Ward. Common name: Savanna Indian-plantain. Phenology: Late Jul-Oct. Habitat: Wet pine savannas, especially over coquina limestone ("marl"). Distribution: Se. NC to s. FL, west to e. TX.
