not marked as a favorite taxon Boltonia decurrens (Torrey & A. Gray) Alph. Wood. Common name: Clasping-leaf Doll's-daisy, Decurrent False-aster. Phenology: Aug-Oct (-Dec). Habitat: Riverbanks, open areas in floodplains, edges of fields. Distribution: N. IL south to se. MO, along the Mississippi and Illinois rivers.
