Crocanthemum dumosum E.P. Bicknell. Common name: Bushy Frostweed. Phenology: Late May-Jun. Habitat: Sandy and other dry barrens. Distribution: MA south to NY (Long Island).
Origin/Endemic status: Native
Taxonomy Comments: Obae (2013) found this species similar to and possibly not distinct from C. canadense, based on limited genetic markers.
