Crocanthemum georgianum (Chapman) Barnhart. Common name: Georgia Sunrose. Phenology: Apr-May; May-Oct. Habitat: Openings in maritime forests, stable dune barrens, sandy disturbed areas. Distribution: E. NC south to n. FL, west to c. TX and AR.
