*Cyperus involucratus Rottbøll. Umbrella-Plant. Phen: Jun-Nov. Hab: Cultivated and persistent, also naturalizing in disturbed areas. Dist: Native of Africa. Naturalized north at least to Panhandle FL (Kunzer et al. 2009).
