Cyperus bipartitus Torrey. Slender Flatsedge, Shining Flatsedge. Phen: Jul-Oct. Hab: Depression ponds, low fields, ditches, marshes, muddy river shores, along streams, especially in seasonally flooded situations. Dist: ME and QC west to MN and WA, south to FL (Wakulla County) (Kunzer et al. 2009), GA, LA, TX, NM, AZ, and CA.
