Flowers: Flowers in branching, lax terminal and axillary spikes; pinkish-purple turning green or white; about 1/4 in. long; bilaterally symmetric and with typical pea-flower shape and a furry calyx tube.
Fruits: Fruit a hairy, flattened pod with constrictions between 4-6 seeds.
