Didymoglossum membranaceum (Linnaeus) Vareschi. Common name: Scale-edged Bristle-fern. Habitat: Terrestrial in acid humus. Distribution: Known in North America only from a 1929 collection from Harrison County, MS; West Indies; s. Mexico south through Central America to c. South America.
