Eleocharis interstincta (Vahl) Roemer & J.A. Schultes. Common name: Knotted Spikerush. Phenology: Apr-Oct. Habitat: Ponds, lakes, borrow pits, canals. Distribution: S. AL and Panhandle FL south to s. FL and west (interruptedly) to OK and TX; Bahamas and West Indies; Mexico, Central America, e. South America.

Origin/Endemic status: Native
