not marked as a favorite taxon *Eragrostis mexicana (Hornemann) Link ssp. mexicana. Common name: Mexican Lovegrass. Habitat: Disturbed areas, waste areas near wool-combing mills. Distribution: Native of w. North America and Mexico. Reported to be naturalized as far east and north as SC, DE, and MD (Kartesz 1999).
