not marked as a favorite taxon Eryngium hookeri Walpers. Common name: Hooker's Eryngo. Phenology: Jun-Nov. Habitat: Ditches, other wet areas. Distribution: W. MS and AR west to OK and TX, perhaps recently adventive in the eastward portions of that distribution, not credited as occurring east of TX in Matthias & Constance (1945).
