Gamochaeta calviceps (Fernald) Cabrera. Common name: Narrow-leaf Purple Everlasting. Phenology: Mar-Jul. Habitat: Disturbed areas, roadsides. Distribution: VA south to FL, west to TX; South America, California (introduced); Europe (introduced), New Zealand (introduced).
