Gentiana

Gentiana catesbyi Walter. Common name: Coastal Plain Gentian. Phenology: Late Sep-Nov. Habitat: Pocosins, moist longleaf pine savanna edges, edges of moist hardwood forests, bluff seepages. Distribution: S. NJ south to ne. FL and e. Panhandle FL, on the Coastal Plain.
