Hypericum tenuifolium Pursh. Common name: Sandhill St. John's-wort. Phenology: Jun-Sep (-Dec). Habitat: Pine flatwoods, pine savanna, longleaf pine sandhill. Distribution: Se. NC south to s. peninsular FL; Panhandle FL and se. AL.

Taxonomy Comments: Robson (1996) indicated that the older name H. tenuifolium Pursh has now been adequately shown to apply to this taxon.
