Ipomoea

not marked as a favorite taxon Ipomoea alba Linnaeus. Common name: Moonflower, Tropical Morning-glory. Phenology: Sep-May (-Apr). Habitat: Hammocks, marsh edges, disturbed areas. Distribution: Ne. FL south to s. FL; Mexico south through Central America to Argentina; West Indies. Whether or not Ipomoea alba is native or introduced in our region is unclear.
