Jacquinia keyensis Mez. Common name: Joewood, Cudjoewood. Phenology: Jan-Dec. Habitat: Maritime hammocks, pine rocklands, coastal strands, disturbed areas. Distribution: S. FL; West Indies (Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica).

Origin/Endemic status: Native
