Lobelia brevifolia Nuttall ex A.L.P.P. de Candolle. Common name: Shortleaf Lobelia. Phenology: Jul-Nov. Habitat: Pine savannas, pine flatwoods, and bogs. Distribution: Endemic to the East Gulf Coastal Plain of c. and w. Panhandle FL, west through s. AL and s. MS to e. LA (Florida Parishes).

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Synonymy : = Fl7, GW2, K4, S, WH3, McVaugh (1936a), Spaulding & Barger (2016). Basionym: Lobelia brevifolia Nutt. ex A.DC. 1839
