*Lotus uliginosus Schkuhr. Common name: Birdsfoot-trefoil. Phenology: May-Jul. Habitat: Disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of the Old World.

Origin/Endemic status: Europe

Taxonomy Comments: "The name L. pedunculatus Cavanilles has been misapplied to specimens of L. uliginosus in North America" (Brouillet 2023b).
