Ludwigia linifolia Poiret. Section: Isnardia. Common name: Flaxleaf Seedbox. Phenology: Jun-Sep. Habitat: Limesink ponds (dolines) and Taxodium ascendens savannas; wet pine savannas. Distribution: Nc. NC south to s. FL, west to s. MS; disjunct in s. Mexico (TAB).

ID notes: Less branched than L. linearis.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: This species is diploid (n = 8).
