Najas wrightiana A. Braun. Subgenus: Caulinia. Section: Americanae. Common name: Wright’s Naiad. Phenology: Jan-Dec. Habitat: Blackwater streams, sloughs, freshwater marshes. Distribution: S. peninsular FL; West Indies (Cuba); Mexico and Central America (Guatemala, Belize, Honduras).

Origin/Endemic status: Native
