Persicaria bicornis (Rafinesque) Nieuwland. Common name: Pink Smartweed. Phenology: May-Jan. Habitat: Moist disturbed areas, ditches. Distribution: Illinois, Iowa, South Dakota, and Wyoming south to Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico.
