*Picea orientalis (Linnaeus) Petermann. Common name: Caucasian Spruce. Habitat: Weakly naturalized near horticultural plantings in a NJ State Natural Area. Distribution: Native of the Caucasus region. Reported as seeding down from horticultural use by Schmidt (2023).

Origin/Endemic status: W. Asia

Synonymy : = POWO; Pinus orientalis L.; = n/a — C, FNA2, K4, NS. Basionym: Pinus orientalis L. 1763
