*Picea pungens Engelmann. Common name: Blue Spruce, Colorado Blue Spruce. Habitat: Forestry plantations, also persistent or weakly spreading from horticultural use. Distribution: Native of the Rocky Mountains. Reported for MD by Kartesz (2022) but excluded by Knapp & Naczi (2021) as "not known outside of cultivation."
