*Platanus ×hispanica P. Miller ex Münchhausen. Common name: London Planetree. Habitat: Disturbed areas.
Origin/Endemic status: Eurasia
Taxonomy Comments: Believed to be a hybrid of our native Platanus occidentalis and the Eurasian P. orientalis, planted as a street tree and reported as "occasionally escaping" (Rhoads & Black 2007).
