Polytaenia nuttallii A.P. de Candolle. Common name: Prairie-parsley. Phenology: Apr-Jun. Habitat: Dry prairies, glades, open woodlands. Distribution: MI (formerly) west to NE, south to TX and NM, occurring as a disjunct eastward in prairie-like or glade situations in c. TN (Chester, Wofford, & Kral 1998; Nesom 2012), c. KY, AL, MS, and e. LA (Nesom 2012).
