Rayjacksonia phyllocephala (A.P. de Candolle) R.L. Hartman & M.A. Lane var. megacephala (Nash) D.B. Ward. Common name: Florida Camphor-daisy. Phenology: (Jul-) Sep-Dec (-Jun). Habitat: Dunes, coastal sand flats and strands. Distribution: West coast of FL peninsula from Levy County south to Monroe County (keys); disjunct, perhaps as a waif, in Terrebonne Parish, LA.
