Schoenoplectiella smithii (A. Gray) Hayasaka var. smithii. Common name: Smith's Bulrush. Phenology: Jul; Late Jul-Aug. Habitat: Freshwater and tidal shores. Distribution: ME, QC, ON, and MN south to DE, PA, OH, IN, and IL.
