Hab: Dry-mesic to mesic forests and woodlands, bottomland and riparian forests, swamps, pond margins, bluffs, flatwoods, prairies, old fields, fencerows, pastures, roadsides. Dist: NS, s. ON, nc. IL, and c. MO south to n. FL and e. TX.
