Spigelia gentianoides Chapman ex A.L.P.P. de Candolle. Common name: Gentian Pinkroot. Phenology: Apr. Habitat: Longleaf pine sandhills, pine flatwoods. Distribution: Endemic to FL Panhandle (Calhoun, Jackson, and Washington counties) and adjacent AL (Geneva County).
