Distribution: NL (Newfoundland) west to AK, south to n. NJ, ne. PA, nw. PA, WV, OH, IN, IL, IA, NE, CO, ID, and WA. Reported for WV (Barbour, Fayette, Nicholas, and Randolph counties), PA, and NJ.
