*Thinopyrum intermedium (Host) Barkworth & D.R. Dewey. Common name: Hairy Wheatgrass. Habitat: Waif in railroad yards. Distribution: Native of Europe and w. Asia. Tucker (1996) states that the record in GA is as a waif in a railroad yard.
