*Toona (Endlicher) M. Roemer. Common name: Toon, Toona.
A genus of about 5 species of se. Asia and e. Australia.
ID notes: Superficially with the "look" of Ailanthus altissima, but Toona has leaves mostly even-pinnate (vs. odd-pinnate), leaflets lacking gland-tipped crenations on one side (vs. with gland-tipped crenations), shaggy bark (vs. smooth bark), and with capsules as fruits (vs. samaras).
