*Waldsteinia ternata (Stephan) Fritsch. Common name: Eurasian Barren-strawberry, Siberian Barren-strawberry. Phenology: Apr-Jun. Habitat: Planted, perhaps naturalizing. This species is being widely sold (sometimes as the native Waldsteinia fragarioides) for horticultural use. Distribution: Native of c. Europe, irregularly west to Siberia
